The Chrysler 300C/Dodge Magnum RT have HEMI engines that cut four cylinders at cruising speeds. The engine drops the cylinders in .04 of a second, and after driving them I couldn't tell when they were firing or not.

Here's the old-fashioned way to know if a clutch is slipping. Wide open in first gear to your torque peak, then shift into fourth and floor it. If you bog, your clutch is fine, if you don't bog, the clutch isn't holding.

You can remove springs yourself *IF* you have the corect spring compressors. I'd call Murray's. They do this free for people who buy struts from them. Call around and find one who won't charge an arm and a leg.
