For those of you not at the Michigan meet, I thought I'd post up my newest mod...my custom embroidered headrests. I got them embroidered with a GT. I have both in my GT. Big difference. Huge. Massive.There is more vibration, nothing excessive though...the mounts are amazing though. I went from having the torque brace to the mounts, so I can only imagine stock to mounts. Get them. Now.

I get the concept, however his isn't functional. An add on like that looks weird when it isn't functional...IMO of course. I have the RAM Air Hood, however since I have a CAI I don't need it to function...I have grills in place so you don't see that it doesn't open to the engine.

I have a basslink as well...it bumps. I have mine laid down though...it wasn't sturdy enough to stand up while I corner in the GT.I would suggest a basslink for anyone who wants a bass sound but doesn't necessarily want a box or if they don't know too much about audio equipment. You're SOL. Sometimes to fix a painted rim, it's almost as much as buying another one. Why not just do a CAI versus the ram air hood? I have heard that a CAI, such as the one AEM makes, makes more power than the functional ram air hood.But I only bought my hood for looks anyway Also, check out my website (link below) for my dyno results. Another pic...I also should say my corners don't *exactly* match up as the stock hood, but it's close enough. There isn't much that can be done about it...hoods are hard to get perfect, if at all possible.

I am staying at the Best Western in Fenton as well. Going to Auburn Hills would be too far, part or not. I'd rather save some miles on my car and be close to the dealership....Not to mention there is a car wash about 1/2 a mile from the hotel!!

Don't stick it on the dot matrix, i'm sure the velcro will stick with no problem but the sensor might not go through it when you're passing through the tolls. I have a radar detector do that's taking up my space so I just hold up my ipass when I go through... you can always just stick it in the uppe...

Correct, those numbers are at the wheel. I think there is a 15-20% estimated difference between the two. If there even a way to accurately figure out your HP at the flywheel??

I heated and used fishing line (much better than floss) on the badges, but no matter what you will still have some sort of sticky residue on the body....use extreme caution if you use any sort of chemical to take it off...you could just keep heating the sticky and "roll" the stuff off.... ...

ok...but I'm not going to paint the hood myself.The place only talked about painting, not adjusting anything... painting the extra parts for color matching. I don't know why it would need it though, even though a metallic can be harder to "get right". It might be nice to have my bumper rep...
