Re: 10,000 kms on Vibe. Time for semi-annual inspection ? (djpositivek)

Just an update...Decided to go to Costco. Very happy with their service. No appointment needed, car was almost ready after I did a bit of shopping. It may have been a special they had on, but they didn't charge me for the tire rotation, only for the oil change. Decided to go with the Synthetic since...

10,000 kms on Vibe. Time for semi-annual inspection ?

Ok, I was going to go in for my second oil change and I guess it's time for a "semi-annual" inspection. They want to charge $59.95 for that and then another $35.95 for the oil change. In my opinion this is crazy. All I need is an oil change and tire rotation in my opinion.I think I'm going...

Bought at McPhee's in Dartmouth since Carroll's (Bedford Highway) didn't have much selection. Went to Carroll's for the oil change since it's in a much more convenient location. I think both dealers charge the same price for an oil change but I'm not sure.
