Post by AzFusionGT »

Just got home from having the left fog light replaced on my Vibe. Grand total $226.85. One word: YIKES!!!!!!!! Can't wait to get my hands on those lexan covers offered by MiVibe-ToolGuy.

Why do these fog lights cost so much?

Are they covered under warranty ? Even if a stone/rock is the cause of the break ? (wishful thinking...)

Probably not: I called for my tire puncture this week just in case I was covered under a "road Hazzard" policy and nope, wear (use) and tear (accidents such as stone chips) are not covered. I've got one fog cracked now and I'm trying to source a cheaper alternative using aftermarket lights: I won't pay to install another GM fog that could break a week later. That would tick me off even more.Cheer: Andrew

If it was covered, I would've gotten it fixed back in March when it happened...Until I can get the covers onto the lights, I'm almost afraid to drive the Vibe anywhere.

Whoa - how much of that bill was labor?!For that much money I would have taken the coffee maker from the waiting room.

Too bad though - the coffee tased like (removed) and the coco was cheap instant stuff...It sure looked pretty with its LCD and blikinlites.
