I've considered getting the tires done in Tampa. I work there and it's about 30 minutes away from where I live. I used to get all of my work done at tire kingdom, because they are one of the few who are open on he weekends. They are also the ones who will let you sit for 6 hours to get anything done...

While I was having my Vibe serviced I killed the waiting time reading the owner's manual. It states that if there are any chemical discolorations(not exactly sure what they mean) in the first 12 months or 12,000 miles, that they will repair them for free.

I just ran out and checked the hose. All seems intact and there is a plastic tie holding it in place. I'm not going to mess with it since it is still under warranty and I have a service appointment for Monday. I'll have them check it out while rotating the tires....

I did some shopping around and decided to go with the Weather Tech Vent Visors. They snap in and require no tape, look Great. I think that they were worth the extra $$$.

I get quite a bit of condensation build up around the HVAC vents when I run the air conditioning, which is most of the time. It is almost to the point where it is dripping from the dash. It doesn't always happen, noticed mainly in the morning hours.Not sure if this is normal or not, nor not sure how...

The salesmen didn't tell me that it had power seats but did tell me that they were fully adjustable in every which way. My 1990 BMW didn't have power seats either, but they could be adjusted in every which way, even in height and tilt for the comfort of my little wife.

I looked up the 05 vibe on the kbb.com and options are listed for power seats, one for driver seat only and an option for both front seats. I found that the Vibe doesn't come with power seats at all, so don't rely on kbb.com for accurate information.

They sit like bench seats, not like the sport buckets they're described as. I like to sit low.... It takes some adjusting because the previous vehicle was a 1990 BMW 325ic with great leather seats.... As far as car seats are concerned you'd think that all makes would have decent seats in them by now...

Just installed the Weathertech visors, chose the dark ones at weathertech.com. Easy to install and well worth the extra $$. Look and fit great.Now I'll just have to see if I can keep my hat on with the window half way down.... I couldn't before.

When I went to check, the wheel was turned all of the way to the top, above the off. I don't know why, took delivery in that position. I lined it up with the white bar and haven't noticed any changes since.

I paid a little more attention to it this morning. The dash lights dim when the headlights go on, brighten when the headlights turn off. I do not want to disable the automatic headlight function. I think that it's a cool feature. I'm due for 5K service next week and will ask them to check it out...
