Adding A CD Changer to 2005 M&T w/Factory XM & Single CD Head Unit

A few months ago I was under the impression that it can not be easily accomplished.... While surfing around I came across these items that would allow me to add 3 devices to the factory head unit with XM.They don't provide instructions or specs, wondering if anyone else can tell me their experiences with these devices....Ultimate Goal is to add CD Changer, IPOD & MP3 Player.I would like to operate the CD Changer using the changer controls found on the factory head unit.
