they come off fairly easy, the probelm is that you will break 90 % of the clips, and the clips aren't cheap through gm. i was able to find some aftermarket clips, but they don't hold near as good as oem.

i would have to agree the original tires are less than desireable, but other than having to get a new set of sneakers at 31k miles, everything has been good, i did hear complaints about road noise( here on genvibe) so i put added insulation in before i got mine back on the road.

very nice, i thought th eplatic would great, easy cleanup, but mine too is seeing the wear from skate board, misc parts, wish i would have carpeted before all the scratches, A+ mod. maybe you'll have to open a new thread about cheap easy mods?

mine are Spring Tech, they are about 2" drop all the way around, you wouldn't think that 2" is that noticealbe until you park next to a stocker. got them on ebay! around $100

mine was a 2 tone, i painted it, cladding is available through any gm dealer, but hold on to your shorts, they run around $100 per piece. i had to primer mine several times to get rid to the texture, plus had to replace most to the clips, next to impossible to remove with out breaking clips. gm want...

had mine lowered since i got it two years ago, and haven't had any problems, i think the key is to have it aligned when you are done. if you don't plan on an alignment take some spray paint and paint our strut bolts before you take them out then you will be able to see where they where before the sp...

what i am about to tell you is top secret, ancient bodyman secret, shhhhhhhhhhh,put your window down, place your knee on the top of your inside door panel, grab upper part of your door and pull gently. this should elimate your leaks, if not repeat as needed, KEY STEP: roll window down!!

got the perfect purple, "blue berry pearl" really cool, its a brite plum color with blue pearl flakes, it flips back and forth from blue to purple.as far as getting your own paint, i would let the painter get the paint, there are differant reducers, harders, clears, and all have differant ...

well i just did a quick estimate, just for fun, keep in mind these are all new gm parts, but with lower bumper, rear bumper, and all the cladding came to $3672.13 give or take a few cents,better for someone who would like to trade!!!!!!!!

very $$$$$$$$$$$$, where were a few months ago, when i painted all my cladding, in a nut shell, the cladding will cost pretty close to $100 a piece, give or take, if you where to find cladding, keep in mind that the clips that hold the molding on are about $1 a piece, hard to take off with out break...

well with the money you save you could invest in wheels, springs, CAI, there are alot of 16" out there, just look around, i got 2 of my wheels for $35, finding the other 2 was the trick, didn't get that lucky with the other 2, but if average it out about $60 a piece, good luck

spray paint would be better, no brush marks,look for dupli color brand, you can find it anywhere, walmart, parts stores, but they have come out with some multi-tone colors in spray cans, it comes as a kit and comes out pretty cool for a spray can. they have a pretty awesome purple.
