Well my friend and I did my Vibe back in 2004. With jacking the car up, taking off all four struts, running over to his work, using the spring compressor and washing the struts, reassembling them and then driving back to his house and putting them on took us under 4 hours.A couple weekends ago I helped another friend of mine lower his Matrix on the TEIN springs and between the group of us gathered in my garage and talking/eating pizza and working on the car, it was done in under 4 hours as well. We got to it around 5:30-6pm and were done before 10pm. The hassel to the job is making sure the springs are seated properly, other then that.. piece of cake.

actually, i don't think we even got started til about 7pm really. and taking a break for beer and pizza in between, i'd say it was only about 3 hrs maybe of actual work. the more people you have to help the better! while phil and JC worked on getting the tires off and loosening the nuts, Dale (mostly) and I were working on taking apart the struts and putting on the new springs. having everyone lending a hand made it super quick so we could joke around, eat, drink, all at the same time.
and to add to that, a few days later, phil and dale installed my tein s tech springs on my lgt. not sure how long it took though, but they sure did a great job! i think i posted some pics a few weeks ago...
sweet, I am also painting the calipers at the same time so that will take a little extra time... I got the instuctions off this site a while ago so I will be following them, I think I will be doing most of it myself, but I got a few pple that might drop by to led a hand...but if anyone is in the area and want to drop buy to led a hand I got a few cold ones in the fridge waiting hahahahait should go ok..
