resolved. I took it in on Monday and they replaced the entire visor. I even whined about that plastic cover next to the shifter and they put that on too.

To answer the question, its the biggest pontiac/buick/gmc dealer in the area.They're usually really good, but I could have just ended up with a chimp changing the visor.I was supposed to go back today and get everything taken care of, but when I showed up at the dealer there were so many cars waitin...

In my old car I restored to parking away from other people. I didn't care that I had to walk further because when I got back the car wouldn't be beat up.I do the same here at work, I always park seperately from everybody else. Noone seems to give a crap about their cars

I just had my first oil change and mentioned to them that the passenger side visor was coming out of the roof. Visibility is just fine. The tinting is really subtle on the inside, the only thing that's different is that weird kinda green that comes as stock is now gone.
