My head gasket just let go with 365,000 kms on my 2003 Frosty. I'm reasonably happy with 8 years, one wheel bearing, water pump, cracked manifold (re-welded) radiator (stone damage) and six windshields! There's also a couple of spots of rust that periodically get sanded and re-painted.

I have to replace it now. I have a 2003 with over 230,000kms but if I leave the radio on for about 15-20 minutes I barely have enough left to turn it over on a warm day. The new one will be 450CCA.

Have any of you had to change the bulb in your headlights yet?The passenger side is relatively easy but to get at the drivers side in my '03 base vibe I had to disconnect the battery and move it to be able to get it in! That doesn't seem like a well thought out design.
