Hoo Geez... Don't get me started about those Turpin guys. Before my vibe a had a GT Sunfire. Twice they lied to be about the parts they used in a repair job. I only caught the issue when I had another dealership saftey the car. Turpin is easily the worst dealership I've been to in Ottawa.

What I find really un-nerving in this weather isn't the extra cranking, its the initial rpm idle rate. 2000+ on these really cold days.

thats one of the main reasons I didn't get a sunroof this time. I'll much prefer to have the extra head room. Right now I've got a temporary loaner from my dealer. Its a grand am with a sunroof. I have to say that its pretty good for head space.

One thing...I don't think my dealer said the interest rate was frozen when you ordered (I'll ask him next time). Mind you interest rate was pretty damn high in the summer when I ordered so I wasn't really worried.

they are absolutely wrong! Once its in the computer you get the price of the car from the order date. When you sign your contract you get the current financing rates. If you order your car today, you won't get 0% finacing 2 months from now (unless they have another promo).Your dealership suck ***...

Well I just got back from my dealer. Did the ring in and win thing. Got the min $500. I also decided to take advantage of the 0%/48 promo. Final pre-tax price $22 300. If I ordered simial options today the price would be $ 24 005.Looks like my car was shipped the Dec 26 not the 16, so I'll be waitin...

I'd say your dealer sounds like a bunch of jerks. Its really too bad you(we) don't have any leverage in this situation. Threaten to cancel and they'll have your car sold within 24hrs. I'd expect GM to say no, most companys don't like to bend promo rules (GM still sucks though)

I'm actually going in for the ring & win tomorrow night. My car isn't in yet, but all you need to buy the car is the VIN number (which I have since the car has been built). So, if your car is built before the 13th. Get your VIN and buy to take advantage of the promo.

there is a chance that GM might extend the ring & win promotion. GM didn't get the increased sales they were expecting. From what I was told, December was a very slow month.
