Yeah, talk about a couple of loosers!"Woo Woooo!""Is all for decoration, that's all, decoration."Decoration? Decoration means 'to make more attractive by adding something beautiful'. How does a whistle in a tail pipe that you can't see 'decorate' their car? Those two have a combined education of a 2 month old infant. Also, did you see him driving? Took off into the wrong lane, almost hit a parked car, swerved back into the correct lane and then ran a stop sign. Mental giants they ain't.

That's hilarious!!! That sounds like something I would have done as a TEENAGER growing up in boring rural Indiana to irritate the adults. It would be risky here in rural PA - these folks around here are liable to remove your exhaust during the middle of the night if you are too annoying....

LoL! They actually PAY to have that done?? I've never heard of that, or heard the whistle. Must be an Oakland thing. They probably put the tips on with the LED's too. Scott, I noticed that too about their driving. Couple of Russian rocket scientists, there.

Lol! You guys are killing me. I laughed at the alarm clock one too.Around here, having one of those on your car will earn you a brick though your windshield and 4 flat tires in the middle of the night.

update. According to KTVU news, the City of Oakland is starting to cite drivers and shops for violating the City "noise" ordinance. Dang, Oakland is soooooo ghetto.
