Thanks ajflan.I was surprised at how poorly it was welded together. Not even the tiniest amount of bead is on the cat, it all came off on the pipe. It's definitely still leaking where I put the clamp on.

Ok, I really don't know much about exhaust systems. This morning I started my car up and it sounded like a tank. Took the money and ran. It really doesn't look that bad. The worst spots are the hood, and the very top of the hatch. It was a good thing to because I had a very slow month of business after I got the insurance.

It took over 2 weeks for my bulbs to come in and I had the dealership order them before the recall was official. I don't think GM had all the bolts they should of when they started the recall.

Update: Went on a trip this weekend. On the trip there I made almost 35mpg (34.95). On the way back my wife drove most of the way.....I think I'll be lucky to get 27mpg out of this tank. We did drive into the wind most of the way, but she just hammers it when she gets onto the highway. No such thing...

Finally got mine fixed today. After waiting 15 days for the dealership to get the bolts in. Had an oil change done as well. With the change, washing and recall I still had the car back in about an hour and a half.

Since you have the AWD, you can probably get by with the A/S. I have some Kumhos that do pretty well. I think they're the Fuzions. However I still switch to snow tires during the winter, but then again I don't have AWD.

With snow tires they are great. I use the blizzaks and they've worked great for 5 seasons now. We had snow on the ground this year from Thanksgiving to the end of February and didn't have any problems driving by the wreckers that were pulling people out of the ditch.

1964 Chevy Pickup. My brother and Dad restored it, then my dad bought it from my brother when he wanted something newer. My sister then totaled it. My dad and I restored it again. I drove it for 4 years and then we sold it. Still on the road. It had about 250,000 miles on it. I loved that straight 6.

I've had mine on since late 2002, on my 03 GT. Doesn't fit as snug as I'd like on the fenders, but has saved tons of elbow grease on getting those bugs off the front of my vehicle. I take it off a couple times a year when waxing the car and there isn't any rub spots from it.
