Personally, I'd keep the Vibe over the Beetle. But I have a not-so-pleasant history with Beetles (though of the air-cooled variety). Seriously, though, I would think the Vibe would be easier to deal with, having the little one around. more room, easier to deal with the back seat, etc. Ultimately, I ...
Don't worry so much...there are lots of options out there (I promise - I financed $22k when I bought my Vibe thanks to the inequity in my Stratus). My first suggestion is to, if you can afford it, toss a little extra cash at your payment every month. For example, my payment was $461, so I just rouded...
I picked up a PSP a few months ago during a painfully long delay in the Atlanta airport...I'd been drooling over them since they came out, but I discovered something when I finally got mine: the software library is terrible (I should have learned from Sony's other consoles). Sure, there are a lot of...
Nah....I can only dream about the GMT900's...but I have to agree that they are _sweet_I ended up buying an '02 (GMT360, I think). Tricked out, though - only things it's missing are the heated seats and moonroof.Maybe I'll do to this one all the cool things I wanted to do to my Vibe! LOL
It's been a great ride, but it was time for a change. The Vibe just got traded in (still running strong with 76k on the odo) on a larger, less fuel efficient Trailblazer. You guys have all been a great wealth of info concerning all things Vibe (and some hi-larious OT stuff ). I've never been a big co...
I used to have a Blackberry 8700c (still do, actually, just no service on it). I thought it was great - email, calendar, web - everything I was looking for in a smartphone.Of course, that gets expensive with 2 BBs and data service on both lines on top of the shared voice plan - had one for the GF to...
A few years ago, I was on a drinking team with a bowling problem I've been thinking about getting back into it, but my first goal is to get back on a drinking team with a billiards problem.
I had mine replaced a week or so ago, and it set me back about $270 all said and done (shield, seals and labor) - The glass itself was around $155, according to the invoice. For reference, I hit up Safelite for the job.
Quote, originally posted by drunkenvibe »walkin' round in womens underwear. goup: unknown.(heard it on the way to work today)That's done by Bob Rivers. He's got 4 or 5 CDs of that stuff out. Very funny stuff!
I think that's a pretty sweet find! I do have to wonder just how well it works, though. I know Kenwood used to make one, but it was for their HU's, and I don't recall if they took useful readings like speed/rpm.I can say from driving Grand Prixs that the HUD is very nice. But they're tricky. I don't...
I kinda like the Tribeca. A little pricey, perhaps. Just a touch underpowered, perhaps. But kinda neat looking. But I'm kinda diggin' on Subie's new styling model. But the commercial has got to go. It was kinda neat the first time or two, but now it just makes me wanna curl up in a corner and die. O...
You know, it's been a few years now since i've had a cloud car, so i don't know how good the resources are anymore, but I'd check out http://www.2gstratus.org or http://www.stratusphere.net to see if the guys over there might have any info, since the Cirrus is the same as a Stratus from that vintage.
205 wins in the past two seasons, and we can't string together more than 5 runs in 3 games. Something's not right here.....We've got tonight to start redeeming ourselves. Houston doesn't need a pennant yet
Gotta go with the Redbirds, from the heart of Cardinal Nation!I think the Astros will be a challenge, definitely, but we've had their number all season. This year will be a whole different NLCS than last. I don't think we'll see 7 games in this one.As for the AL contenders, I've got to admit that th...
saw it on opening night. It rocked!! I thought the movie was well done from a technical perspective as well as a story perspective. I really enjoyed the beginning sequence that gave an unfamiliar view just enough to understand what was going on, and gave the show fans just a touch more insight into ...
I got the coincidence to see one of these on the road on the way in to the office this morning. Sweet looking ride, most definitely. I don't know that the color did the car any justice (it was beige), but the lines are pretty sweet. For the money, this thing sounds like it can't be beat. But I'll ha...
I just remembered that someone here put a throttle body spacer on their vibe (couldn't find through a search), but I did find the link to the part http://wheelskin.com/Merchant2...97185There was talk of more power (percieved, at least) from that.
Beyond your basic CAI/exhaust/unichip combo, there's really no way to tweak the vibe for cheap (or easy). So far as I can tell, the 2ZZ is pretty well tuned out of the factory, so your next step for more go-juice would involve pricey parts and lots of tear-down work - cams, forced induction, etc, etc...
We've seen Some of GM's test facilities....how about:Chrysler, Ferrari, Fiat, Ford, Goodyear, Holden, Honda, Nissan, Prototipo, Porsche, Toyota and Volvo:
The Amazon reviews are actually pretty positive. Judging from the ToC and Index, it seems to be a pretty well thought out and comprehensive overview to how to get those extra ponies and good looks out of your ride.
Edmunds also has brief tidbits about the '06 as well, though no pics yet...Looks like the base may start a little cheaper, but so far it looks like overall pricing isn't too far off from the '05. I guess we'll need to wait to get definitive numbers. http://www.edmunds.com/new/200....html
