Re: Does size matter? (darcmater)

I didn't heard alot of 15 inch sub, but I think that the difference would be that the 15 inch sub would have a deeper bass than the 12, and it needs a bigger box like you said. If you listen to rock or something like that, you may prefer asmaller sub, like a 10 or 12 inch, and if you listen to rap o...

i think that he says that he likes to listen to music loud, and in the specs of the jbl i think that it can take up to 60watt rms, so with an amp it could be very loud but with 20 watt rms, it's true that it's going to sound great to, but not as loud as 60watt rms.

Oh if you ask me then yes I think that two 15 inch sub is to much for the vibe, because of the place it'll take. The vibe would become kind of useless. the only issues I had was that there is not alot of space to mount the actuator, and the lock cable is not long so you can't play with it the way you want. For your info, I have this kit install for 2 months now and it still working fine. If you have any questions, post them.Good luck!

to do a good job like me It took about 10 hours, but I really love the result. It wasn't hard but you have to take your time to choose a good place to fix the actuators, to do the wiring properly, and to make sure that there is no rattle after the install.

Re: Powered Subwoofers (~MRVIBE2006~)

I would try to find a shop that has this sub in store to see if it sound ok for you, because you can't do any mod to the sub box or change the sub(hum maybe yes but not sure), to have the sound you want. It is sure that the amp can be adjust, but sometime it is not enought to have the sound you want...
