I have a 03 Base vibe that has a engine clicking sound. I was possibly looking into getting a new engine but was wondering what engines are compatible with my car. The ones on ebay says the 03 corolla engines aren't compatible with my car, also the 04-08s aren't compatible. Is this right ?or mistake...

Need Help Figuring Out A Piece That Felll Off

Theres a plug that plugged into to a nozzle shaped adapter on the front of the car behind the bumper & attached to the front of the radiator. It has 2 wires & a 3rd wire that goes to the horn. Since it fell off the horn cable got ripped sad. . Any idea what this is?

I got 17 / 50 /215 on my 03 & its about 3% too big. So far my mileage went up with taller tiresIm wondering if anyone ever went to 17/ 55 & will it fit w/o rubbingAlso when I first got my rims they already had 17 / 45s but the mileage tanked.

Update!Replacing the left Wheel bearing fixed the metal rubbing sound & its good to make right turns now. The downside is now there is a deep grinding noise(grungrungrungrun) when I make a left turn. Also, if I'm accelerating in low gears the same noise can be heard.

Been a long time but heres an update.I switched relays to see if the ac will work with another similar relay & the AC was still dead.Took the ol Vibe to the car shop & removed 4 bolts & the cable & the swapped compressors from the bottom of the car.Screwed everything back in & us...

It will, when I did my swap only problem I cam across was the motor mount being different & the motor having a pilot bearing locked into place (from a manual transmission). The throttle, intake comes off anyway

Got the parts in today. but I noticed theres an option to drill a breather on the top of the lid. Have you done this or did you only hook up the gas out line to the PCV / airbox. Ill probably be up and experimenting tomorrow.
