That's the same rattle I had. Trust me, loosen the flange in back, pull it down more, and tighten it back up.

I had the same problem after I installed my magnaflow. It's pretty easy to fix actually. What you need to do is loosen the bolts that attach the two sections together and "cheat" the exhaust downward. Then you retighten the flange while pushing it downward. This will reposition the exhaust...

There are no grease fittings that I am aware of. Just change the oil and filter and you're good to go.

You just fold the clay over itself every so often to get a clean part. When it gets too dirty you throw it away. I usually only do 2 or 3 cars with it before I chuck it.
