Neptune GT spotted near my house

I was driving my wife's Grandprix yesterday at about 6:30 pm and right before me at the light on plymouth and inkster I saw a '03 or '04. It had the roof rack bows removed, overlays, and tint, might of had a pipe too... didn't hear it but it looked different. A woman was at the wheel. Is this anyone on the board?

Not sure if we are talkin about the same car but I have seen a girl around my house a billion times in a neptune with tint and gunmetal wheels...no exhaust. She's allways on the d*mn phone when I get next to her though
