I have an 04 GT and I have the same problems. I have had it to the dealer and there seems to be nothing that you can do about it, at least that is what I was told. If it starts to pop when rolling window down then take it is and get the window motor replaced.later

Hey me too. Funny I should find this post. But I am noticing mine, although not as severe as yours, when you are say holding the car in fourth around 4000 rpm or higher the sound. But mine only gets louder if I let off of the gas slowly, like you can hear the gears winding down, which is not right. ...

well I guess that I will add my problem to the on going list. I have a moonroof in mine and yes it leaks took it to the dealership and the cleaned and relubed the gasket it stopped the stuff coming in the front but now the back is leaking like a summ beatch as I noticed this morning.
