That's not a valve cover, it's an engine cover. However, yes, it will fit the 1ZZ base Vibe engine.

Yeah, why. They are sealed and like was said, should last 100K miles (or more). To remove one you need to remove the wheel, remove the caliper, remove the rotor, remove the large nut in the center of the axle, remove a few bolts (3 or 4 via a hole in the wheel stud mounting surface), remove the bear...

The Sunfire is no more a girls car than the Cavalier. GM J-bodys were great cars. I've owned 3 and all were excellent cars. My '93 Sunbird was quicker than a Vibe GT.I'm pissed that the Solstice coupe is not being produced. I'll bet the Sunfires replacement won't be a RWD car like the Solstice is.

I do 99% city driving and about 6000 miles a year. I change the oil in all my cars when they reach 2500 miles and put in standard oil. When the car reaches 5000 miles the motor is well broken in and I switch to synthetic oil. Then I change with synthetic every 5000 miles after that.

I voted for the Scion tC. It is an awesome car. If it was a little bigger, I would have considered it. The sunroof is awesome but limits the headroom I need (6'2").I'd also suggest the Hyundai Tiburon (I just got one). The GT has a 172-hp 2.7L V6 for under $20K. The base has a 138-hp 2.0L 4-cyl...

I like it, but it's too small inside for me. The sunroof is standard and takes up alot of headroom. That's not good me at 6'2". The only thing I dislike about the design is how far back the rear wheels are pushed on the body. It just looke a little funny but otherwise it's a nice looking car.

Re: 17" x 7 and 5x 100 bolt pattern, what will fit? some help plz (robdog)

17" x 7" are the same size as the factory 17" wheels. It's also what I had on my Vibe. However, 205/40-17 tire are way too small (23.5" tall). The factory size is 215/50-17 (25.5" tall). That's a full 2 inches. And your speedo will be off by 8.6% (too fast).
