17" x 7 and 5x 100 bolt pattern, what will fit? some help plz

17" x 7 and 5x 100 bolt pattern, will that fit on the vibe, not lowered, just stock suspension. I know the 5x100 will. also, 205-40-17 for the tires. someone let me know please, i am looking for a combo deal and most curious about the tire size.Thanks

don't know. check tirerack or one of the other websites on compatible tire sizes. a lot has to do w/ the diameter of your current wheels/tires so it doesn't throw off your speedometer too much.

Yes, I believe the stock 17" Vibe wheels are 17" x 7". I'm running 17" x 8" on my Vibe. Bought from tirerack.com - go there (as trdvibe said) and plug in the year and model for your Vibe and it should come back with the info you need.

17" x 7" are the same size as the factory 17" wheels. It's also what I had on my Vibe. However, 205/40-17 tire are way too small (23.5" tall). The factory size is 215/50-17 (25.5" tall). That's a full 2 inches. And your speedo will be off by 8.6% (too fast).

maybe I am weighing in late, but I bought my aftermarket wheels w/ the 17" stock size 215/50/17. , which is interestingly taller than the 16" stock 205/55/16, by less than 1/2"...If you buy 225/45/17..you will have Identical height to the stock 16, with a wider foot though
