We added them to our 2003 Vibe shortly after our purchase. I installed the front ones without drilling and without removing the wheels. The rear ones required both. We had them installed by the gas station which put on our snow tires, at that time. The drilling was minimal, though.

Not sure about the part number, but the front splash guards are simple to install. The only problem installing the rear splash guards is that you will need to remove the tires. I installed the front ones myself (without removing the tires). I had my gas station install the rear ones when they switch...

I do the same thing - with one hand, try to hold the socket, while twisting and pulling the lighter with the other hand. I believe that this is a Toyota problem, as it occurs in my wife's RX 300.

Nice car. The problem is, after spending $400,000, Mercedes comes out with a new SLK with the same front end, and then next year, refreshes the SL with THE SAME FRONT END. If I bought the SLR, I'd be pissed.
