Possible scam on the first one, and if real be prepared for it to be a complete wreck at that price plus you will have to spend on shipping it over, customs, and it might not be allowed in due to emissions and safety issues.

The current and now defunct GTO did not have poor quality or fit/finish issues. Far from it. It is probably, outside of Caddy, the best fit and finish car GM has produced in recent years. The issue with the GTO was that in 04 when it came out it had somewhat uninspiring performance and power and thr...

Re: 2007 Pontiac Vibe redesign.....?? (lesterb)

Over the weekend wife and I went do a test fit on her in the driver seat (didn't want to do more than that since I have to wait another few months until the next GMAC pull ahead offer). We actually had the dealer owner as our sales person, which I didn't catch right off the bat. Nice guy, bit older, ...

It really is sad to GM sinking like this. I knew the GTO wouldn't last long without a major refresh, and that wasn't going to happen without better sales... but the rest of the GM line up across it's branded lines is terrible. Too much overlap, too many SUVs, too many unkown cars/names (G6 anyone?),...

Does anyone here bother to wrap their CAI tube? While it is a reflective polish finish on the Cosmo it still heatsoaks inside the compartment and will thus heat up to some degree the air inside the tube as it passes to the TB. While I went with a black rubber 3.5ID tube based home-made CAI on my GP ...

I have changed my mind. Unless the 7 spe...

2 Din or 'double din' is twice as tall essentially... fits the stock space in most cars with the large head unit. I prefer double-din units because they have less heating issues and heatsoak tends to cause failures in head-units with built in amplification/mofset power... plus they look more 'stock'...

06 Vibe (Base) and a CAI

Welp, I see some smattering of info on CAIs for older Vibes but what about the 06? What kits are available for the 05/06 Base, where, etc? I definatley want this to be my first or second mod soon after I get mine.

Window Visor Question for 06

Question. I thought I saw it mentioned in one thread how there is an extendable visor found on the older Vibes and that someone transplanted a set onto the newer 05/06 model series. Is this true? What GM part number or where else can I get this?
