mmm...never thought about not activating in reverse...that seems a little odd. and no, it's not convered under any warranty. and if something is broken, i don't know if i'll even get it repaired, depending on how much they want to charge me.

AWD Malfunction

Has anybody heard of an AWD system malfunctioning? I have an AWD vibe and there have been numerous occasions where AWD should have engaged and it hasn't. Case in point: my old house had a gravel parking area in back where some nasty potholes developed. My front tires were in the potholes after a rai...

That is exactly the look I'm going for. I've got an AWD, and I wanted to see some pictures of springs on an AWD before purchasing anything. Which springs did you use from Hotchkis? tirerack.com only lists one kind of hotchkis spring for the vibe, but I'm not sure if there is more than one kind.

SSBC has a rear brake conversion kit out for the vibe. I can't link directly to them, but you can find them at http://www.ssbrakes.com/ They have 12" rotors and are priced at $740.00, same as the kit for the matrix. Same part number, so I guess SSBC finally updated their website. BTW, what colo...

I want to get a remote starter for my Vibe. My car doesn't have the factory alarm system. I want to get the Viper 791XV, which has an alarm system. I'm interested in getting a supercharger for my AWD vibe. I see that a couple of people have installed them on their AWD vibe/matrix and haven't had any problems.
