I was thinking of getting the Konig "Glide" wheels in black for my neptune vibe. I've got the cladding on the bottom of my car and they look really awesome with that. I was going to get them in 17x7 5-100. What do ya think?

so i got new wheels and tires. these are the ones i finally decided on. they're fittipaldi flames, 17x7s. the tires are michelin MXM4 P225/17R45s. I didn't really want a directional tire, and the michelins were the ones i liked the best.p.s., if anyone has the same size tires, do you think they actually look smaller (at least in width) than the stock 205/55R16s? i think they look a little thinner. why is that?
hey, have you got pic with them on the car? I'd like to see them on a two tone neptune!

here they are on my car. they don't fill the wheel well and that annoys me. i'm thinking about lowering the car, but i'm not sure if i want to sacrafice ride comfort...

So the overall height of the tire is the same as stock. If it was taller and filled the wheel well your speedometer would be way off.Search for threads on Eibach Pro Kit springs. I had them on my Sunfire GT. They aren't super-low, but they had a huge effect on the look of the car and the ride wasn't much harsher then stock.BTW... Nice rims.

It looks great, but you're right, lowering it a little bit will make it look even better.I have Tein springs on mine and I love them, but I have to admit, the suspecsion is harder and it sacrifies some confort, but the car looks so nice 2,5 inches lower.
