mechanics--ann arbor area

i'm looking to do some stuff to my vibe--CAI, lowered suspension, possilble magnaflow catback exhaust, possibly updating/changing my brakes, and various other things i might think of in the future. the trouble is, i don't have the time nor the equipment to do it myself. i was wondering if anybody around my area (ann arbor--i've noticed a few) knows of a good mechanic in ann arbor, ypsilanti or saline that would be able to do this kind of work for me. or if i should just not even think about this kind of stuff and scrap the whole idea if i won't be able to do it myself, at least not for awhile. thanks for all your help.
