In really cold weather (-20C) shouldn't the engine fan only kick in when the engine temperature needs to be reduced? So, when trying to defrost the windshield, the heat generated by the engine would be used for cabin heat/defrost..... My engine fan is on all the time too, and not helping to warm the...

How do I get the dealership to listen to me?I couldn't afford 'their' O2 repair so got it done from mechanic at work. Code won't erase. 'They' told me faulty part, replaced part again, code still wont' clear. Why do I have to pay diagnosis charge again?

Mine is doing the same thing. In addition to the engine fan kicking in right away, when in the defrost position. Could that be a fuse too?
