That Nasty Egg Smell

Has anyone else encountered that nasty egg smell, after you first drive the car for a couple of miles. I was blaming the guy I take to work, however he wasn't in the car yesterday, and I smelled it again. My guess is the convertor, but I wanted to know if anyone else smelled it too ? Steve

Has anyone else had problems with water in the doors. My rear factory speaker went out, so I went to replace them with some good aftermarket speakers. ok, so I don't seem too dumb, what do you mean by a 'line-in convertor'? is there a hook up to the head unit, that allows a feed to the amp in your trunk ? does it have an RCA out from the head unit ? or do i just tap into the right and left speaker outputs, because if that would be the case, I was ...

adding a sub / changing the amp

I want to keep the factory head unit, but would like to add a subwoofer. Can I use the 200 watt factory amp in any manner? If not, how difficult is it to swap out the amp? I've done plenty of car stereos in the past, I was just wondering what I was up against.
