Had a nice discussion with an officer during a license check roadblock, he was thinking about getting one for his wife. He asked me a bunch of questions then walked all the way around the Vibe checking it out.

Yup, that's where it is, haven't heard any noises...The little I have used it anyway. I bought to use with an mp3 player, got a 5 gig Rio Carbon...it had issues had to take it back.I have a Zen Micro on order from Circuit City, should be here by the end of the week, can't wait

I think the jury is still out on whether this will work with the in dash changer.Just to be sure, I would wait till Monday to call and ask unless you can get a definitive answer from someone here. just my opinion

Just got the adapter installed...works great, easy install (thanks to my hubby) for those who don't want to replace the HU. Just for clarification I have an 04 with the single disc & M&T.Thanks to all who posted info and how to's on this product. Couldn't (wouldn't) have done it without you....

Yss, the device that we were talking about was to hook up an external mp3 player (like an Ipod) to the stock stereo instead of using an FM Modulator or whatever. I think if you have the 6 CD you have to disconnect it to get the aux input to work...anyone know for sure?

I had a lot of trouble getting the wire harness and install kit when I was looking for a new HU. The guy at Circuit City gave me the choice of two harnesses one for $60 that would keep my door chimes & one for $12, no chimes. Don't know how much truth there was to it...Best Buy went through 3 ha...

Tell me about it..started out trying to replace the HU, Circuit City didn't have the parts and Best Buy gave me the wrong parts...so I took it all back and ordered this. I can't figure out why nobody can figure out the parts to this car...I understand it's a bit more complicated than just a straight...

I agree... black or carbon fiber, maybe the chrome but only if they're "tasteful". I really thought someone would be making them by now. Do they want us to beg?? How is the quality of IPCW lights?
