Unfortunately, my local Wendy's is run by incompetent boobs who have never experienced good customer service and have no clue that 20 people standing in line means 'unacceptably slow service' instead of 'job security'.With this promo, there will probably be a 60 minute wait for a 'free' Frosty. I think I'll pass, unless I'm near another Wendy's.
