Yeah those are the downfalls, but if it really bugs you that bad to have it beeeping, disarming is the best way to get rid of it.

Got mine on today. Went with the Magnaflow bought it from Performance Peddler. They will give you a real good deal if you haven't already purchased one. Got mine for $280 shipped, it got here in 3 days and had installed 2 days later. Took around 2 hrs of work.
