Re: Mud flap problem? (ejm)

The mud flaps wont fit the 2004 Two tone vibes. The cladding has been updated and the new flaps have not been released yet. The exisitng front flaps will only fit 2003 two tones that havent had their cladding replaced and 2004-04 monotone vibes. I too am waiting for the new flaps which should be rep...

What everyone else said. A 2 inch opening on the hitch is for Class III through Class VI hitches and the minimums on those start at 3500 lbs I think. You will need to buy the adapter. A good place to get tow accessories is http://www.etrailer.comBob

Having owned more trucks than cars:The truck pictured on the first page is not a F-550 (Superduty). Its a F-150 (lightduty full size). Might not be rice but its certainly gay. It would be like putting 427 emblems on your Vibe.Sorry but I just had to point that one outBob

Re: (Let'sGoOrange)

The GM card rebate is only if you are a GM credit card user and have made the purchases to get the GM bucks. I think its like 5% of purchases up to a preset limit for certain models. I used my GM bucks to reduce my Vibe by 1,000.00. Sometimes they run specials where you can use more bucks than the s...

Re: question about trading in the vibe... (futseal04)

Actually, the Conquest rebate is just for owning another brand of car, you dont necessarily need to trade it in. I just showed him the registration from the wife Expedtion and badda bing, another 1k off. What they didnt know was the tags that I transferred onto the Vibe were from my Gran Prix. heheh...

Re: question about trading in the vibe... (noginsk)

I had to special order mine and picked it up a month ago today. Paid 100.00 over invoice and got 4k off. 1k GM card, 2k instead of financing, and the 1k conquest rebate. My price out the door was like 15,100 (we have 6.5% sales tax here). You may be able to go under invoice at this point. KBB.com is...

I can chime in on this one. I am 6'6 and about 270lbs and find the Vibe very comfortable. I primarily use the car to go from Virginia to Illinois and for the long trips its a very comfortable car. I have more head and leg room in the Vibe than I do in our Expedition. The only trouble I have is with ...

Nope, sure dont. And I got the pleasure of trying to order that little cupholder robbing ashtray (I like to use them for candy wrappers) and much to my dismay the darn thing is like 30 some dollars list. So it wouldnt be a good time to tell you I am exceeding the mfg specs and getting over 36 per tank To be fair, I have driven 1300 miles and 1150 of that is in 3 trips(650, 250, 250). Gonna do another 650 on Friday. I am not used to driving something where the gas tank can outlast the tinkle tank Bob

Here is one post tint with the bra on as well. The tint is just normal tinting and its 35% on the back five windows and 50% on the DS and PS. DS and PS tinting is illegal in Illinois but as long as you only go 50%, you should be ok. Cost me 219.00 and there isnt an imperfection to be found. We have ...

I would second Lisa's in Danville. She has done a couple of vehicles for me and her work and prices are the best. She does warranty the tint for as long as you own the car. My Vibe is due to be delivered in late April and I already have it scheduled in to her. Bob
