Yes, but you'll have to root your phone. It's not usually hard to do (varies by model), but some folks just aren't comfortable doing it. Before I filled my tires, I was averaging about 29 MPG. Since filling them all up to 32 PSI each, I'm now averaging 34 MPG! I figured it was a fluke on the first fill-up, but it's been consistent.If your tires aren't at the proper PSI, fill them!For the record, I do probably 75% highway.

Is this particular Vibe just a really good deal otherwise? If not, I would wait a little longer until you find one that does have factory cruise control. I have seen very few without it, so you should not have to look much longer.
