2006 Vibe exhaust leak between muffler and mid pipe connection

Hey guysI hit something going along the highway last night and now the midpipe has totally disconnected from the muffler. I see that its pretty rusty there and I need to know what parts I need to fix thisThanks!

Poor gas milage?!

I would consider myself as a 50/50 city/highway driver and ive been averaging about 23mpg. (450-500L per tank). I get 89 octane fuel and drive quiet conservatively for most of the time. I searched on gv and most people seem to be getting 30mpg on average.Btw its a stock 2006 FWDAny ideas why it's so...

Originally it was throwing up a p0171 code. Narrowed it down to a leaking intake gasket.Also, if anyone is thinking im just a dumba** that messed up, im into my third year of engineering...it still baffles me what i did wrong :SBut it is working perfectly now...so weird

Got the car back a few days ago, I couldnt pick it up myself; so my mother picked it up for me. From what she told me I still cant really understand what I did wrong.As a bit of advice for anyone wanting to replace this gasket....Make sure you label every single vacuum and water line you disconnect ...

from the top of my head (I cant check because the car is still at the dealership), I only remember connecting 3 hoses. If I didnt connect a hose I'm gonna shoot a $200 hole in my foot

I spent all day looking at it, honestly I couldn't figure out what I was missing.So I took it to the dealership Hopefully they'll let me know whats up by tommrow.Ill keep you guys updated

Hey everyone, I'm in need of help asap!I just finished replacing the intake gasket on my 1zz vibe today, after installing I started it up and it ran very rough (like it was misfiring). Went back to the toyota dealership today and the parts guy told me that 17177-0T020 is the red, newer, thicker design for the 1zz and that 17177-0D020 was the older, black, thinner design also for the 1zz. He reassured me that it was the correct part.

Intake manifold gasket replacement

Stopped by the toyota dealership the other day to pick up a intake manifold gasket for my 1zz 2006 vibe. When i got home from the dealership i realized i forgot to mention that it wasnt a gt model (2zz), so is this the right part for a 1zz?

hahaha, no worries as these are my summer only tires. Got hankook winters on the vibe right now. This was the first wheel I did, so it wasnt perfect, but I went back and fixed it up after!
