Fog Light Removal

...Im trying to take out my fog lights, I took a good look at it yesterday....there seems to be some sort of backing plate (with 2 or 3 screws) holding it in place, do i need to remove these, or does anyone know an easier way to to this...thanks guys

I would say that those screws will probably get the light out. Try it out and let us know.

did you do a search? i know there are some pics of the manual showing how to remove them. that's what i did when i replaced mine. but it was so long ago i don't remember. sorry.

THose instructions are for bulb removal, not the entire assembly...Which are you trying to get out?

stick a small screw driver along the side of the lamp and lift the tab and the whole lamp will come out.

..thanks guys ,..Im no mechanic so bare with me, Im assuming that the adjusting screw is the screw thats located on the back of the housing..

Getting the front fogs out is more a bear than the reverse lights. I would highly suggest taking the front fascia off the car to get access to the fogs. It'll take less time, and possibly prevent breakage.Here's a handy how-to! I did this the other day.
