they are very easy to install on the vibe because you don't have to worry about throwing the timing off. I installed them on my civic and I noticed a slight diff. I don't know whether it was placebo effect or not though.

AEM's kit, which I own but have yet to install, is just the alternator pully and a belt - no crank pulley like Unorthodox Racing's, so pablo1669's problem would not apply.I bought it basically to match my intake. Maybe I'll try to install it this Saturday

A small piece of advice would be, Draw out your belt routing before you remove it, it's not shown anywhere in the car, nor the owners manual.
