AEM Pulley System

Has Anyone installed the AEM Pulley Sysem? here is the page http://www.aempower.com/product_pulley_app.aspI was just wondering if there was an added benifit besides the look, and how hard was the install?

they are very easy to install on the vibe because you don't have to worry about throwing the timing off. I installed them on my civic and I noticed a slight diff. I don't know whether it was placebo effect or not though.

before you decide to any pulleys of any kind make sure you read this thread and also do lots of homework on them! you can ask pablo1669 about what happened to his vibe.... see this thread! http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=8512

AEM's kit, which I own but have yet to install, is just the alternator pully and a belt - no crank pulley like Unorthodox Racing's, so pablo1669's problem would not apply.I bought it basically to match my intake. Maybe I'll try to install it this Saturday

A small piece of advice would be, Draw out your belt routing before you remove it, it's not shown anywhere in the car, nor the owners manual. I had to have the wonderful people here in Genvibe help me back in the summer.See: http://forums.genvibe.com/zero...55764
