In my experience, Toyota parts will fit the Vibe. But I question the quality of some non-OEM parts. I regret a couple of instances of going the cheapest way possible.
I've also had a front wheel bearing fail and I replaced the bearing alone. But I found out my local parts store did not have a press large enough for the work and had to go a little farther to a transmission shop. I paid a little more, about $40 I think, and had to wait most of a day. If I have to do the job again, I'll look at replacing the entire knuckle just to save the travel and down time.
I am having the same dilemma for my 2010 1.8L. How did that part fit? RockAuto does not list any knuckle bearing hub assemblies but has lots of options for the Corolla/Matrix. Should I just order from those? Should be direct fits?

Engine, exhaust, drivetrain, brakes and suspension are all pure Toyota, according to all I've seen and experienced.
Yes exactly but RockAuto does not list any knuckle/hub assemblies for the Vibe and neither do the parts manufacturers list fitment for the Vibe which I find strange. Same with Amazon It's giving me pause for caution.
Example: None of these parts say they fit the Vibe.
