Driver's side wiper won't go all the way to the left

I just noticed recently this happening.

And as far as I can tell everything else seems fine regarding this wiper's path across the window.

Any ideas?

How far does it get to the edge of the windshield?
How far down does it go when turned off?
Is there any play in the movement, can you move the arm by hand when the wiper is off?
Do you think it has always done this and you only recently noticed, or do you remember it different before and this is a new development?

If it's just not properly aligned, you should be able to remove the nut, and reposition the arm on the splined shaft

I did just that and all seems fine.
