About the radio question, your radio should be plug and play always that the radio is from a Vibe or Matrix. If you buy another same looking like GM radio, it may require a security code or the radio may not work on your Vibe.

Radio brackets are differents so dont throw your OEM brackets in the garbage.
My friend have a XRS 2003 and I have a XRS 2005 and the brackets are not the same!

I was also looking on AutoZone, and I got the following part numbers for the PCV valve: Part Number: PC434, and Part Number: PCV1112DL. I hope that helps!

Sometimes they put the wrong part in the box that has the right part number...I had that happen when I replaced mine. It takes less than 5 minutes to do the switch, so I recommend pulling the original off and bringing it inside the store to double-check.

On the 1zz they have 2 different thread sizes for some strange reason. I got the wrong one and had to return it. X2 pull the old out and double check

Is there any differences in the radio? Like in the face plate?

The Vibe radios from 03-08 are the same, as long as they are the same type, with the amp or without. The reason the Matrix mounts are different like hoooboy said, is they used a GM radio in 03-04 and a Toyota radio from 2005 on. As for what other factory radios that will fit, that is a good question.

If you did want to go aftermarket, so as long as you get a faceplate adapter kit for a 2003-2008 Vibe, you are good. They have them for single and double DIN radios. The wiring adapter is a Metra 70 2003C harness to hook up an aftermarket radio. Here is a pic of the receiver I put in my son's 06.
