Installing speakers and need help with wire colors

Post by HatchJunki »

Attempting to install aftermarket speakers and need to know what wire color is positive/negative, 1/2, in/out, etc to be sure that all my speakers are in phase with one another. I looked through the site and could only find 09+ diagram. A little information on my Vibe

04 Pontiac Vibe
4 speakers 2 tweeters
Basic CD deck
Non 6 disc, No subwoofer
Power nothing

I know the rears were red and white, fronts I believe were blue and green? And I can't remember the tweeters colors? Thanks for any useful information in advance

Excel attachment at bottom of main message, see if that helps. The base and tunes package used the same wiring, the base package just had blank spots for items not installed.

The harness image helped but for some reason both rear speakers have red and white leads as do both the right and left front speakers being blue and green. I'd assume they would be the same on both sides as far as the positive and negative connection, but I would really like to know for sure. I didn't see any tweeter references.

I got all the speakers in. Its a bose system with tweeters I recieved while working for Cadillac. It took some custome work to get them planted, I just want to make sure every speaker is synchronized with the others to ensure I haven't created an out-of-phase condition between the fronts, rears, and tweeters

Three of the woofers use red and white, the red is + and the white is -, attached excel sheet for reference. Should have same wiring, if not, post what colors you observe at the speaker end and head unit end.
