Does anyone know where I can a cold air intake? And how to black out my tail lights? Do they make cover or are people painting them with special paint?

Welcome to the forum. I can't answer your question but there has been several conversations on here about CAI. A search on here brought up up some threads;

You might start by editing your subject line. The one word "wanted" isn't very descriptive and unlikely to generate much response. Maybe something like "CAI wanted" or "Where can I buy a CAI?"

Also tell us what year and engine you have, it does make a difference.

Blacking out taillights can be done by using paint specifically made for that purpose. I wouldn't suggest doing it because it is illegal and dangerous to obstruct the lights. I don't think anyone makes covers or replacement lenses for the Vibe. Again the year of your car would help.
