Passenger side NO seatbelt un-realing

Passenger side NO seatbelt un-realing

I can't pull the front pass. seat belt out, how does the pillar trim panel comes off?

Yep, my first post and sorry to say for assistance. I hardly use the car but someone brough the belt to my attention. Thanks 4 the advice.

something like that should be covered under the warranty.

The FIX/B] is, I found a piece 2x2" of mastic covered plastic wound/stuck to the belt w/in the reel. That removed the belt would reel freely. To re-attach the mouldings I found you need to pull the rubber gasket away first and press in last.I think the plastic covered a hole somewhere to keep out moisture.
