Either a window crank removal tool, a flat headed screwdriver, pick, or small needle-nose pliers.. (If it doesn't just screw off, I have the power package, so i'm not sure. There's a little spring clip holding it on. Carefully push back on the door panel to reveal the space between the panel and the crank, pull, or push the spring off, and the crank will just come off.-IF- that's now they did it. On some fords you have to pull up on the crank, which has a cover over a T-20 type screw.

Push the door panel in as far as you can around the crank, and take a look behind the crank arm. You will see a C shaped clip known as a "Jesus Clip" because when you take it off, you will say "Jesus!" and it will go flying. Anyways, you remove the clip and pull the handle off.
