What other mods do you have? I've been interested in this peace for a while, but not sure I want to spend the money on it.

I have one and it is a quality piece. I noticed a slight difference in performance, but like I said, it was slight at best. It also depends on how much else you have modded.

It's the best mod I've done. With a CAI and Magnaflow exhaust it made a huge difference in pulling power up long hills. Very high quality and perfect fit.

I have a 1zz exhaust header for sale (stock) but you can have it shipped to Boosted2.0 on new celica to get ported. Gives decent gains and is fairly cheap.

Ok to answer everyone's inquiries, here are my mods. This way you can judge what type of gains i can expect.K+N Typhoon SRI (soon to be cut down 1 inch to support a larger filter)Helix Power Tower Plus throttle body spacerremoved resonatorfuture mod - catback exhausttightened throttle cablesynthetic oilIt's nothing really big, but it's enough to produce some decent gains.

I had a DC sports on my Civic, very happy with it...just curious... how much did you pay for it? (if you're willing to tell)

Paid 305 after searching around on 4 to 5 of the websites that offered it. Most were around 375-450, so finding a correctly priced header was delightful, and i jumped on it. Apparently it bolts right on?

I have one question. What is the difference between the 4-2-1 header and the 4-1 header? I ordered the 4-1 header and i want to know the difference between the two besides the number of parts.

Just had mine installed yesterday.First impressions were: It sounds pretty solid at idle; nice deep tone. Touring around town for work...more of the same, which is just fine. Then, as soon as I hit the torque band under load on the highway - BAM! Unexpected sound SO magnificent :-) Just about made me well..nevermind. Put the toque on and dropped the windows for a while.yeeeehaaaaaw!I'm hoping to put a vid in my garage thread over the x-mas holidays.

yeah, still have the SRI despite the cold weather. I realize the engine runs a bit too rich that way, but I had it on all winter last year with no problems. I like the sound, and can't really be bothered to take it off/on twice a year. Only downside I've seen so far with an SRI in the winter is you have to watch out for long idles (i.e. at intersections). 2 mins at an intersection without giving it gas means I have to gently rev it up before pulling away.
