Painted mud-flap, part II

So I decided to paint my mud-flap to fit my salsa monotone.They are not installed yet but this is a pic of them one painted.8 coats of paint and 6 coats of clear and it give this result

Looks really good! Take some pics in the sunlight if possible before you install them then again after. They should look really good on the Vibe.

I used regular paint for cars.I hope it will not crack.I sand the mud flap 1st to be sure the paint will stick well on the plastic.Then I applied the paint and clear.There's pics one installed. The color match is perfect and I look so nice.

that looks great! It makes me want to go and buy some mudflaps and paint! I may just have to do that.

I haven't had to remove the wheels, even at the back.Install them for the 1st time take about 30-45 minutes, as you have to remove the back whells to drill holes. It is an easy thing to do.
