What is this part?

New member and 1st post.Bought a used 2005 w/only 35,000K and found this piece of plastic in the glove box.Anyone know where it goes and what it's for?Thanks in advance.

I think I've seen that piece before --- check the seatbelt buckle by the floor, I think its the cover..
