Is it easy to change DRL Module?

I would like to change the DRL modual so that the turnsignals are on all the time in "bright mode" i found this..Universal DRL and i was wondering how you install these?

i wonder if its just plug and play for the DRL module..if it is i def want it

I have one of those. It worked great until the driver side bulb blew. It bubbled the inner lens in the process. Dealer replaced lens and called it a bulb malfunction. The pass side bulb blew today. it also bubbled the inner lens. We will see if the dealer will replace that one?? Need I tell you I also removed the DRL unit from the car today. I have used the same unit on other cars with out issue. I think the small area in the blinker lens is the issue. All in all I would not recommend it for the vibe. the guy that runs that site is great and a great guy to deal with.
