the white one is better, even though more plain, you can read the text.in the grey one, the blue text looks washed out.-edit-to make the grey one better, put a stroke around the outside of the blue text, or make a box behind it with a lighter color and just fade the box by reducting that layer's opacity.if you don't have a copy of that with the layers still intact, use the magic wand tool to select a piece of the blue text and then go to >select >similar and it will let you grab all the blue. then create a new layer via cut and you can do what you want.

i like the grey one a little bit better too. i was pissed though because i forgot to save the psd file. so now i cant really go in and edit it that much

In my professional opinion, the aliasing on the dark one is better, the drop shadow makes the vibe look flat. the lower case sanserif font works better, and the gray BG has more contrast. I would suggest a gradiated background, keep the blue text, and add sharper shadow (cars are photographed outside generally). But If I had to pick I would say the light one overall. But just needs polished up more. I would be glad to cut out your vibe and restore your PSD for you if you want, send me the photos.
