I would take the Caddy. And buy gas at 1975 prices with the rest of the money so I could drive it today.

Ha, ha, it's funny to think that 10-12k in 1975 was the equivalent of $45,000 in todays money, and people thought what they were paying for gas back then was expensive too, even more so than today.

I'd take the Caddie in a heartbeat...although it's pimpin, it looks a whole lot classier than the Beemer.

Heh, there's a '78 Seville like that for sale sitting in an empty parking lot down the street from me. They have close to $4K and 'VERY RARE' written on the windows. A bit rough, I wouldn't buy it.That's sad, seeing the that I checked the trade-in value on my Vibe yesterday and it was $6500. Man, the Caddy sure must be a classic, held its value well. I'd take it over that Bimmer though. The Caddy's styling has withstood the test of time more, IMHO. Classy, in a 70's/80's kind of way. The BMW just looks uhh... I dunno.

I would always take a DeVille over a SeVille, never liked any of the SeVilles much, but Elvis had two, so I suppose they can't be all bad. The King's Caddies
